Two days passed in a blur, and the morning sun finally arrived carrying the quite promise of a new beginning.
Singh's House
Anuuuuu....... I will only count till three. Get up! Before I throw a jug full of chilled water. Wake up if you don't wanna get late for the first day of your school itself.
Meera sighed knowing these warnings couldn't wake up her daughter and poured a jug full of water on her.
Tsunami tsunami ! Anu yelled. After clearing her vision, She looked at her mother in disbelief. Mumma - Are you insane ? Really you drenched me in water.
Uthiye Maharani aapke uthne ka samay ho gya hai or aapke pass sirf 30 min hai hum aaye usse pehle tayaar milni chahiye aap hume smjhi! Meera exclaimed.
Ji Matashree ! Aapka hukum sarankhon pr saying she went to get ready as quickly as possible.
Once she was done with her neat and tidy ponytail, dressed up in a crisp uniform and putting all her belongings into the school bag.
She got downstairs and went infront of Mahadev's Shivling and performed pooja while continuously chanting Om Namah Shivaya internally on her mind. The moment her eyes fell upon Mahadev and Mata Parvati’s idol standing together,
a strange thought suddenly struck her mind — uninvited, unclear, yet deeply stirring.
For a second, her breath paused, as if something ancient whispered to her soul.
Confused, she lightly shook her head, brushing the thought away, and then bowed her head in reverence to Shiv–Parvati, her palms joining softly in a respectful pranam.
With a quiet grace, she stepped out of the mandir.
A moment later, her brother and sister followed, each performing their pooja with devotion — their voices low, their hearts steady, as the incense smoke curled gently around the divine idols.
After having breakfast, The trio siblings touched their parents feet for blessings.
Khush raho bachon ! Hmara ashirwaad humesha tumhare sath hai.... Achee se pdhayii karna, zyada shaitani mt Krna or agr koi pehle se lade toh use chodna bhi mat baki tumhara papa sambhal lega - Vikram said to each one of the trio.
"Aap na bigad dijiye humare bachoo ko" - Meera said while hitting lightly on his shoulder. "Are toh hum kon sa sudhre hue hai the humare school time me" - Vikram exclaimed to their kids and Meera shook her head in disbelief. The Trio kept admiring their parents love and laughing on their playful banter.
Take care and all the best bacchon.... Khub enjoy karna Boht msti Krna pr pdhayii bhi mnn lga kr Krna - Vikram said to kids dropping them infront of their School's gate.
Thank you papa! Rhea and Krish exclaimed, while Thank you Pitashree! Aanya said to vikram dramatically bowing her head infront of him and eyes twinkling with mischief. Vikram shook his head and said tum or tumhara yeh Mahabharata ka obsession. While Aanya just grinned widely showing her 32 teeths and bid goodbye to him.
The Trio stood infront of the school building's gate. The cool breeze brushed against her face. She closed her eyes for a moment, letting the wind settle inside her.
Something stirred in her chest — a strange flutter, a quiet whisper she couldn’t explain.
“I don’t know why,” she thought, breathing deeply, “but it feels like my life is about to start a new journey from here.”
Her eyes opened slowly.
And at that very moment, Rhea nudged her shoulder.
“Didi, what are you doing? Meditating? Let’s go!”
Aanya shook off the feeling with a tiny smile.
“Coming!”
